I made a sweet potato pie last night. It was really good, but then this morning my dad left it on the counter when he went to help my mom scrape the ice of her windshield and, as always happens when you leave the labradoodle unattended with food, she ate all that was left of it. Today is better than the terrible day I had yesterday! But 1) that's not difficult and 2) it's probably largely because I'm working from home.
